Once you have selected your desired products, send us an inquiry through our contact form or email. Provide product details (item number, quantity, customization needs) and your destination country.
After reviewing the quote, confirm your order by signing the proforma invoice we provide. To proceed with production, we require a deposit of at least 30% of the total order value. Alternatively, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) as a secure payment method. Once payment or the L/C is arranged, we will begin crafting your furniture.

Our standard MOQ is one 20 ft container or 40ft hc container (recomended).. However, we’re flexible for first-time buyers or small batch custom orders.

Yes, all teakwood is SVLK-certified by the Indonesian government to ensure legal and eco-friendly sourcing.
Yes, we specialize in large-scale hospitality projects for villas, hotels, and cafés—especially in Bali and Java.
For new customers, we require a 50% deposit via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and the remaining 50% before shipment. For returning customers, only a 30% down payment is needed, with the remaining 70% paid prior to shipment.
Yes, we accept Full Irrevocable LC at Sight as a payment method for large-volume orders.
We use sustainably sourced teakwood, natural rattan, synthetic rattan, and organic fibers like abaca and water hyacinth from Indonesian craftsmen.
Standard production time is 6–10 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
